Bike park rules

1. ENTERING THE TRAIL AND RESTARTING AFTER A STOP

Before entering a trail, riders must inspect its features and assess whether they can ride it safely. After stopping on a trail, riders may continue only after ensuring they will not endanger themselves or anyone else.

2. DIRECTION OF TRAVEL

All trails are one-way from start to finish. Riders must follow the marked direction.

3. PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Cycling equipment must be in a condition that meets the manufacturer’s safety requirements. A helmet, gloves and protection for elbows, knees, spine and chest are essential.

4. SPEED AND RIDING STYLE

Riders must keep the trail ahead in view and adapt their speed to their ability, trail conditions and individual features.

5. CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS

Everyone on the trails must behave so as not to endanger people or property. Riders following another cyclist must maintain enough space for the rider ahead to move freely. Keep a minimum distance of 30 metres.

6. OVERTAKING

Overtaking is prohibited and riders must follow the marked direction.

7. FOLLOWING SIGNS

Riders must follow all trail signs.

8. PROVIDING ASSISTANCE

In the event of an accident, riders must provide assistance and report it to bike park staff at the lower lift station.

9. NOTICE

Riders use the bike park at their own risk. Riders under 18 need written consent from a parent or legal guardian; riders under 15 must be accompanied by one. Entry and riding outside opening hours or without a valid ticket are prohibited. Visitors may enter only with staff permission. The operator may remove any rider who fails to follow these rules.

10. THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED

  • Activities other than cycling are prohibited.
  • Do not remove, alter or damage trails, features or signs. Children may not enter without a responsible adult.
  • Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
  • Smoking, open flames and glass containers are prohibited.
  • Do not push a bicycle against the direction of travel. Pedestrians are not permitted on trails. By purchasing a ticket and entering the bike park, visitors agree to follow these rules and accept that they ride at their own risk.
  • The operator accepts no liability for damage to property or injury to bike park visitors.
